This License and Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between you (“Licensee”) and Axiscure Medical Equipment Trading Co. (“Axiscure”),governing the use of the services provided on the website (link unavailable) (“the Site”).
Axiscure grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the services provided on the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Licensee may submit content, including but not limited to text, images, and videos (“User Content”), to the Site. By submitting User Content, the Licensee grants Axiscure a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display the User Content in connection with the services.
This Agreement shall commence upon Licensee’s acceptance and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party. Axiscure may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if the Licensee breaches any provision of this Agreement.
THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. IN NO EVENT SHALL AXISCURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED ON THE SITE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF AXISCURE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Axiscure regarding the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings and agreements, whether written or oral.
Axiscure reserves the right to modify or amend this Agreement at any time. The Licensee’s continued use of the services after any such modifications shall constitute the Licensee’s acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Axiscure™ Returned Goods Policy for General Surgery and Dental Surgery Instruments
1. Prior authorization from Axiscure™ is required for all returns. Please notify Customer Support and complete a Return Request Form, providing lot numbers, quantities, catalog numbers, and a specific reason for return.
2.Customer Support will review and either authorize or deny the return request. Only items listed on an approved Return document will be accepted for return.
3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be destroyed with no credit issued.
4. Ship authorized returns freight prepaid to the designated Axiscure™ location, except for Products shipped-in-error, for which Axiscure™ will cover freight costs
– Products returned within 30 days of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking charge,except for Products shipped in error.
– Products returned after 30 days but within 90 days are eligible for a 50% credit.
– No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of delivery.
-Credit will be issued at the net purchase price for authorized returns meeting the following criteria:
– Products have at least one year of shelf-life remaining, or products with original expiration dating of eighteen months or less have at least six months of shelf-life remaining.
– Proper authorization has been obtained before return.
– Products are in their original packaging.
– Products are current inventory items.
– Products were shipped and billed to Buyer by Axiscure™, and Buyer has paid for said Products.
Certain Products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
– Products deteriorated due to improper storage, handling, abuse, or other factors.
– Opened, partly used, or tampered with products.
-Products involved in special promotion sales.
– Broken, damaged, or opened cases.
– Special products made to the Buyer’s specification
– Sets over two (2) years old, flush syringe products, infusion systems devices, related accessories, and IV poles.
Products to be returned for repair must be accompanied by an approved Repair Notification
– Axiscure™ warrants that each standard product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
– Warranties expire upon the product expiration date or after one (1) year from the date of shipment.
-Warranty does not apply if the product is not used according to instructions, repaired without authorization, or damaged due to misuse or negligence.
– Axiscure™’s sole obligation is to repair or replace defective items and cover transportation expenses for replacements.
– Except as expressly provided, Axiscure™ makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
– Products not manufactured by Axiscure™ are not warranted by Axiscure™

Expiration Date: On dated products, the expiration date is shown as a month and year. The expiration date is the last day of the given month.

This warranty document applies to all surgical and dental instruments manufactured and distributed by Axiscure™, a reputable company based in Dubai, UAE. Any disputes, returns, or cancellations will be governed under the ruling of this document when applicable. This document cannot be refuted under any circumstances and must be adhered to by all parties.
Axiscure™ also holds the right to change or update this document at will and each client that falls under the new rules will be communicated all changes by the Support or Client Relations Departments.
Axiscure™ warrants its instruments to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for 3-5 years from the date of purchase. This warranty is non-transferable and extends solely to the original purchaser.
Axiscure™ maintains the highest standards of quality assurance and compliance. Our manufacturing processes adhere to internationally recognized standards, including ISO 13485:2016, cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice),and CE (Conformité Européenne) certifications. We employ stringent quality control measures to ensure the reliability and performance of our instruments.
This warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, negligence, accidents, improper storage, alterations, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. It also does not cover damages caused by failure to follow product instructions or guidelines.
In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, the purchaser must promptly notify Axiscure™ in writing and provide proof of purchase. Upon verification of the defect, Axiscure™ will, at its discretion, repair or replace the defective instrument free of charge, excluding shipping and handling costs.
To the extent permitted by law, Axiscure™ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our instruments, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
This warranty document shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
