Axiscure™ Returned Goods Policy for General Surgery and Dental Surgery Instruments
1. Prior authorization from Axiscure™ is required for all returns. Please notify Customer Support and complete a Return Request Form, providing lot numbers, quantities, catalog numbers, and a specific reason for return.
2. Customer Support will review and either authorize or deny the return request. Only items listed on an approved Return document will be accepted for return.
3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be destroyed with no credit issued.
4. Ship authorized returns freight prepaid to the designated Axiscure™ location, except for Products shipped-in-error, for which Axiscure™ will cover freight costs
– Products returned within 30 days of delivery are subject to a 25% restocking charge, except for Products shipped in error.
– Products returned after 30 days but within 90 days are eligible for a 50% credit.
– No returns will be accepted after 90 days from the date of delivery.
– Credit will be issued at the net purchase price for authorized returns meeting the following criteria:
– Products have at least one year of shelf-life remaining, or products with original expiration dating of eighteen months or less have at least six months of shelf-life remaining.
– Proper authorization has been obtained before return.
– Products are in their original packaging.
– Products are current inventory items.
– Products were shipped and billed to Buyer by Axiscure™, and Buyer has paid for said Products.
Certain Products are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
– Products deteriorated due to improper storage, handling, abuse, or other factors.
– Opened, partly used, or tampered with products.
– Products involved in special promotion sales.
– Broken, damaged, or opened cases.
– Special products made to the Buyer’s specification
– Sets over two (2) years old, flush syringe products, infusion systems devices, related accessories, and IV poles.
Products to be returned for repair must be accompanied by an approved Repair Notification
– Axiscure™ warrants that each standard product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
– Warranties expire upon the product expiration date or after one (1) year from the date of shipment.
– Warranty does not apply if the product is not used according to instructions, repaired without authorization, or damaged due to misuse or negligence.
– Axiscure™’s sole obligation is to repair or replace defective items and cover transportation expenses for replacements.
– Except as expressly provided, Axiscure™ makes no other warranties, expressed or implied.
– Products not manufactured by Axiscure™ are not warranted by Axiscure™
Note: Warranties for infusion system devices are provided in a separate warranty document.
Expiration Date: On dated products, the expiration date is shown as a month and year. The expiration date is the last day of the given month.
